2998 + 2 = ......

Thats right. Landon found one piece in his pocket and Mama Woolf found another one under the kitchen table. Yes Ladies & Gents we've officially completed a 3000 piece puzzle.

We had a good week. Celebrated Tiffany's birthday on Monday, Brad made a homemade ice cream cake and it was awesome. On friday, Jax and I spent all day at the Bunkers. We had a blast! Big house, someone elses leftovers, wii, books. Thanks for letting us come Bunker Family we hope you all the way better Sister Bunker! Last night we hung out with Johnny and Marie. It was a lot of fun. Thanks for the amazing dinner Marie.

LANDO
Me: "Hey Landon what did you do this week?"
Him: "Studied. Young Mens. Played some basketball. Played with Jax...."

Thats all he said. So thats all i'll say.

BECS
I attacked a long dreaded project of deep cleaning all places the mice lived. I still have yet to do the laundry room. But i'm getting closer every day. Went to book club for Bringing Up Bebe and... was the only one who hated it. Oh well. Up next: The Alchemist. I like it so far
Had a crazy allergic reaction to something last night. Finally woke Landon up at 1:00 am with hives from head to toe, burning red hands and feet, swollen eyes and lips and a tightening chest causing breathing problems. It was the craziest thing. Landon gave me a priesthood blessing then ran to the store for some benadryl. He then held my hands for another hour so that I wouldn't itch. Yes it was that bad. We finally fell asleep at 3:00. My eyes were still swollen at church.
Ha. Glad thats over with.

JAX
Is growing up so much. Its crazy. I put him to bed at two other homes this week and he went right to sleep and then when it was time for us to go we picked him up, put him in the car and then put him in his crib. So good.
I think he said Yuck today. Had his 15 month old shots. I don't remember exact measurements but he is 85% in both height and weight and 95% in head size. We threw away his bottle this week. It was time. He cried the next morning for about 10 minutes because he didn't have it, but after that it was over. We can't imagine our life without our little boy Jax.

Here is to a busy week :). The best kinds of weeks :).

We're Boring... But Not Bored :)

When we get older and have money I think we will spend the bulk of our play money on two things. Food and Traveling to eat good food. I felt like we ate well this week and I made meals I had never made before. Here, here, here, here, and here. The Stew was our favorite.

Other than that we were able to go on a date on Friday(Moes, Hobsons, and Hirschis). Thanks Summer for watching Jax. We also went to Church Ball together. It was intense. Boys are weird. Calm down. Its just church ball. We also had a chance to drive to the temple. We've lived here 6 months. Made that drive 6 times. And because of wrong turns/wrong schedules we've only made it into the temple 3 times. We didn't make into the temple this time. BLAH! I'm still mad about that.

Today has been awesome. Nine o'clock church is WONDERFUL!! We had our beautiful neighbor Roueida over for dinner. We had her over, but she gave us more stuff. (Homemade humus, naan, two loaves of bread, vanilla waffers, cookies, cake, a new shirt for me, jean spandix for me, toys for jax, a book for jax and IU sweats for Jax. Anyway... between her, Diane, Miss Jean and Margret... we have the BEST neighbors)!

LANDON
Lets see... He studied, and studied, and studied, then went to Young Mens, then studied, and Saturday he took most the day off, then studied at night. Ha! I'm making it sound too intense. He has fun too. He loves playing with Jaxson and the best part of our day is when he pulls up. He is sore from playing basketball on Thursday night and Saturday morning. But he loves it! He sounds boring. He's not. We love him!

BECCA
I tackled a few projects this week. Reorganized my kitchen (spice DRAWER! Thanks for the inspiration Marie). I also read "Bringing Up Bebe." And I've never disliked a book more in my life. I may have used hate once or twice... ahem... when referring to it. But then again i'm an absolutist remember? Don't hate the principles just hate how she wrote it. Wow. I'm boring too.

JAXSON
Pulls our finger everywhere. Loves to read up in the nook with me. Eats as well as any french baby does(book reference). Gives us kisses when we make a fish face. When he throws the ball, his follow through is to swing his arm across his face and place his cheek on his shoulder. We think its adorable. He is naked a lot. Or just when I take pictures apparently. Don't judge. He falls all the time. One brusied head. One goose egg. Two mouth bleeds. Lots of tears. But he is tough. He is climbing better.... Yeah... we're all boring.

Whatevs!
