"20 Butterflies in my stomach..."

"10 nervous butterflies and 10 excited butterflies" is what Jax kept saying over and over again as we walked to his first day of kindergarten. He LOVED it! Later on in the week he ran his first 5k. He finished in 34 minutes, but it should have been more like 32, because we had to weave in and out of sooooo many walking families with strollers. Near the end of the race he said to Landon, "I only have 10% energy left dad. Now I only have 9%." As they rounded the last corner Landon asked him how much he could give to finish and he said, "my LAST 6%!!!!!" So cute.

I was talking to mama woolf on the phone on Thursday night and I was giving her a report of how all of my boys are doing. Jax LOVES school. Ty is LOVING mommy time. Seriously, he played on the bathroom floor happily while I took a 30 minute shower. He is so independent but wants to be near me and know he has my attention. I'm so excited for our little mornings together. Landon LOVES his job! So much! And even though he is exhausted and is working a ton and falls asleep the second he can sit down. He is happy. As I walked up the stairs from my Smiths grocery pick up (AWESOME BY THE WAY! Took my 5 minutes to do my grocery shopping) I said to mama woolf, "All of my boys are insanely happy right now. I have absolutely nothing to complain about." Which is so true. So happy!

Oh and BYU football is back. Landon told me that there are now two things that gets him through the week. #1 Date Night. #2 BYU Football. And for the next 13 weeks, their importance aren't in that order ;). But it makes him happy so yay!

We are good over here:). Happy times!!!

We celebrate 8 years of marriage!!! YAY!! I love Landon so much. He will be gone until late late tomorrow night so we did our annual Anniversary dinner tonight. Then we talked to the boys about marriage, temples and families!

Also, Landon and I spoke on Family History today. We both studied SOOOO much for this talk. We were also both extremely nervous about giving it. I'd say after all was said and done, we did a pretty good job!

WHOOPS! There are a lot of !!!!!! in this post. I guess thats about how I feel right now. Landon just handed me a piece of peach pie, boys are asleep, talks are over, we are going to cuddle and talk and watch a show and be soooooo soooo happy that we are together forever!!!

Daddy & Jaxson Date. They went to top Golf and forgot to take a picture :)

Mommy & Jax Date. We went to get dessert and a mormon message and we forgot to take a picture together. But I think we were both just trying to focus on Jaxy!

He finished his reading book

Cute little boy getting a fathers blessing.

We had lots of dinners without Lando this week :). But we still left his plate out!

I think Landon took this on his way home one night

Jax's bike for a flat tire. Once he stopped riding, ty stopped riding. It was a long mile walk in 98 degrees.
