SPRING!!!

We spent almost every minute outside this week!! Amazing

Lando:
Had some reallllllly hard cases. Some of them died. A friend of ours said, "Wow! Your job suckkks sometimes." And I was thinking, "Yeah, yeah it does!" He was able to get in a few runs and do lots of work on the yard. He is really worried about it. I'm grateful for his effort, because I just don't have the capacity.

Becs:
I ran lots this week and just enjoyed being outside. SO. So. so. much!!!! I went to a self compassion course and lots of games and coached and made dinners. Did relief society visits. Went to the temple. Coached Tys soccer team. Cleaned the house only for it to get messed up again. Skulked with Dittos. Dined with Marcusens. I forgot a couple of doctors appointments and my victim advocacy training. And celebrated HAILEYS birthday. Gosh I love that human.

Jax:
Practicing basketball a lot. Got a hit in his first baseball game. He is hilarious.

Ty:
Pitched in his first baseball game. I was so amazed at his courage. He is a dang good little soccer player.

Luke:
Loving soccer and BIKING all the miles. Dang this kid is really good at biking.

Brigs:
Loves being outside and has a fever tonight :(

OTHER NEWS:
Lacey and Cory had their baby, Josie.
Katelyn had her baby, Alayna
My brother Nate graduated from BYU--and I'm so proud of him!

Luke is FIVE

 When does life slow down?

Landon ran Boston. He was a giddy school boy the entire time. Ended up running longer than 26.2 because he kept giving people a whole bunch of high fives. So proud of him! We ate lobster rolls to celebrate!

HUGE SHOUT OUT to the Dittos and Marcusens for taking care of our kids while we were gone. They had a blast!!!!! And we love those families.

Then we got home, got the boys to baseball and home from baseball then to bed and set up for Lukes birthday!

LUKE IS FIVE!!!!!
He is currently building a LEGO (with Tys help) and loving it
When we talked about Luke around the table for his birthday dinner (in which he wanted salmon and bacon) some of the things we said were: His expressions. His ability to learn and remember names and people. His drive to be as capable as his big brothers. His patience with Brigs bites and scratches. His love of bacon. To name a few.

Luke is super impressive. He is that classic middle child, who ends up being a goof ball for attention. When all the kids came over for his birthday party he just greeted them all so sweetly and started the party all on his own. He is quite the leader!

Luke came into our life at a really difficult time. We were living in a small space during Landon's busiest part of his training with no money. Things didn't get any easier over time. I homeschool Ty and Jax his first year of life. Covid hit his second year of life. We moved across the country his third year of life and then had another baby. Then moved across the country again his fourth year of life. This last year has certainly been the most normal! But sometimes I feel guilt that he just didn't get the same motherhood attention from that the others did. I hope he forgives me for my lack. And I hope he knows the undeniable love that we have for him. We wouldn't be the Woolfs without Luke! IMPOSSIBLE!

Other than that. We did baseball. Soccer. Basketball. Acted for my moms new song. Did 8 hours worth of laundry. Birthday party. Date night. And double movie night with Hailey Ditto!!! I love her so much.
