Sick All Week

 

 This was what it looked like from our house most of the week. And it is also how we felt inside our house the entire week. Luckily... we are all almost better.

Jaxson: 

Knows the letters O, B, A, J, G, M, Q, S, R

He can count to 8. "1, 2, 3, 8" :) 

He weighs ~30lbs

He is 65% height and weight and 75% head 

He loves clocks and trains and trucks

He loves to color

He loves the color Orange 

He loves his BYU shirt "Y shirt please. Y shirt"

He asks for Kade, Tenley, and Sammy about every hour 

 He loves to run 

He loves stair ball

He always asks for one chocolate hug

He asks for "church song"(Called to Serve) and "temple song" (I love to see the temple) and "prayer song" (Childs Prayer) at night. And then he just keeps saying, "one more song please" 

Becca: 

I'm glad this week is over :). Woot woot.

Landon: 

Studied/School most of the week. He was pretty sick himself for part of the week. He recorded himself reading his notes and flash cards so he could listen to them on the way to and on the way back from the BYU Wisconsin game.  He had fun. Loved the stadium!! Byu lost. Sad.

Best Halloween Yet!!

We had a play date with the Pena's on Monday and the Clem's on Tuesday. Baby Indie, and Milla are adorable and Jax loves playing with Vandro.

Wednesday Jax & I stayed in our p.j.s all day. Yes, all day long. Then I made soup and we ate soup in our p.j's.

Thursday was Halloween. Oh how I really don't like Halloween. Its true. I will let Jax follow his heart, but if it were up to me we'd go to a movie and order Sushi as a family every Halloween. This year it was up to me, because Jax doesn't yet have an opinion on the matter. SO we DID go to a movie (planes) and we DID get some sushi and it WAS my favorite Halloween yet. (Oh and I didn't dress Jax up...*gasp*)

Friday and Saturday we got to play with Kade and Tenley. Jax LOVED it. He was so excited to wake up Saturday morning to is buddy Kade. Tears were shed when they went back home. Saturday night we made yummy steak (thanks for your pan Hirschis!!) and then went and got dessert at Denny's. Jax coughed the whole time. Poor thing. He woke up at about midnight with a high fever. We did the parently thing, gave him some medicine while sitting on him and then let him stay up and watch the rest of our show with us.

It was a good week. Landon's studying hard as always. The studies never stop. Its kind of depressing if you ask me. But he never complains :). Luckily he has the BYU Wisconsin game to look forward to this weekend. Thank heavens for BYU football. I don't know if Lando would make it through without it ;).

Now back to nurturing our sicky!

Oh an p.s. I finished my 22nd journal this week and I went a bought my 23rd journal! I'm starting this journal at with the 30 day gratitude challenge from here. (Thanks Jess for the recommendation)
