The Good Life

We are just feeling sooo happy lately. The further removed we get from the months of May-September the more we realize that those were really hard months for us. And we were reaching out breaking point. But it's all just too good right now.

Landon: Peds. Spanish. Leisure reading (what?). Basketball. Gilmore girls with me. Helping me with projects. Ward mission leader. And some college football on the side.

Becca: Christmas projects. Teaching school to jax. Gilmore Girls. Started a topic study in the scriptures, this month motherhood. Amazing. Made a task chart for jax. Still have...  40 loads of laundry to do. Two bathrooms to thoroughly clean. And maybe just maybe, a very much needed microwave wipe down. Never done cleaning.

Jax: Loving his task chart. Loving school. H is for Heavenly parents and hopscotch. Loving watching gilmore girls with mom and dad. Loving daddy always. Loving his little good life. And so are we ;)!!

No Complaints Over Here!

What a wonderful week we had. Jax and I took a couple of days to get over a cold but we still made the best of it.

Landon is working at a Spanish pediatric clinic. He loves speaking Spanish. His hours are amazing and some afternoons he even got off earlier than five!! We took FULL advantage.

I've just been loving spending time with my little family and getting so excited about all the thanksgiving/Christmas festivities coming up!!! I went Christmas decoration shopping this week. We've never purchased a single Christmas decoration. But I figured since this will be the first Christmas in our six years of marriage AT HOME!!!! I'm going all out. It's going to be awesome. (Though Landon and I have a constant disagreement about what a Christmas tree should look like. I love beautiful elegant trees and he loves fun memorable trees:)!)) I'm excited!!

Jax is jax. Though he's had a few "terrible three" moments. And he's never had those really. Not just because he's only been three for a week, but he's just always been a naturally obedient child. I'm okay with it though, he's three :).

We finished off the week with sushi and a movie for Halloween and 12 hours a driving to watch the BYU FOOTBALL game. Sooo so much fun!!

And of course we ended on an always high note at church. We love our ward family, our Bishop and his wife, our friends, our family, our testimony and our Savior. No complaints over here friends, no complaints!
