BabyMoonStayCation

We are ready for this baby to come!!!! If you had asked me that two days ago, I would have told you I had done nothing. But when you drop your kiddos off at your cute brother and his cute wives home, you really only need two days to get ready.

Lando, Becs & Baby:
Landon worked late Thursday, Friday and today which I was totally okay with because I spent every minute he was at work cleaning, washing, decluttering, organizing, decorating, journaling, reading, folding baby boys clothes, and stocking up on everything we need. Then when he was off work we went on some fun dates! When we were done last night with the boys room Landon said, "Okay! now im ready and excited for this little dude to come."

EEEEeeeeee!!!! Baby boy we are so excited for you :). Three-four more weeks.

Jax & Ty:
Two months ago when we gave Scott & Jen the Lexus we asked if we could just give it to them for free in exchange for a them watching our kids for a few days before baby came. Scotty said, "Are you sure you wouldn't rather have the money?" Well I can most definitely answer now... YES I'M POSITIVE. These 2.5 days were pppppeeeeeerrrrfffeeeccccttt! And way better than money. Jax & Ty loved it too and I think they'd agree. They played mario kart, watched march maddness, played with cousins, went to the olive garden, had mac & cheese and pancakes, read stories, played trains, and basically hung out with some of their favorite people all day for two full days. Honestly, I doubt they wanted to come home :). (And I if I didn't love them so much, I may not have let them come home, the house is SOOOOOO clean!!) We love Scott & Jen so much! I still can't believe they have only been married for 8 months. It seems like Jen has always been apart of the Edwards Fam! She is wonderful. So kind, flexible, easy going, positive, smart, sensitive to the spirit, beautiful inside and out, and probably too good for my brother;). Although, Scotty is pretty freaking awesome too. They will make the bestest parents!!!!

We had a great week and are ready for Spring break! Jax and I are planning the week right now!!! PPPPPAAAAAAARRRRRTTTTYYYY over here. I want to spend every minute with these two boys this next week. It is going to be all about them!

Sometimes my reflection stops me in my tracks.

I never really slept in any morning, but I did get to take Landon to work at 6:00 in the morning. That was fun!

We talked for over 2 hours about what Landon's job really is and what he is really responsible for. He mapped some things out. I was so amazed by all he has to do in just one case and now I completely understand the saying 90% chill 10% plane is about to crash.  He is responsible for so much and he does an amazing job!!! When we got home that night, I did some stretching because my run made some things a little LOT tight painful, I cuddled up next to him and just loved him more than ever before.

Thanks Scott & Jen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His grandpa served in bother South Korea & Chicago, he thought it was so funny trying to stretch and get both of them.

Lazy Dayz

Landon:
He started training for the Utah Valley Marathon this week. He got back into the swing of things at work. He took me on a date to get Ramen, then we both went and got some sweats at H&M and then dessert. He was doing awesome in his bracket, until Cincinnati lost.

Becca:
I've been averaging 70,000 steps a week since I got my watch. This week I didn't even make it to 30,000 steps. We just had lost of lazy lazy days and I don't even feel bad about it. Cooking, cleaning, cuddling, running twice, and March Madness was my week.  Three weeks, actually 19 days until Landon's busy rotation is over. April 7th is my current date right now.

Jaxson:
He started training for his 5k in April. He did 2 miles straight with me on Saturday, in the snow, killed it! He loved every second of school as usual. He played with a few friends after school a couple of times. He bawled the entire second half of the North Carolina game because they got smashed, and it meant his bracket was done with.

Ty:
He is a complete joy these days. Seriously. I felt so bad because the first two years of this little kids life I was struggling with depression. But this last year I feel like i've made up for lost time and he is just my little buddy. I'm so grateful! Also, when we don't understand him, he has started to find new ways to describe things to us. Example: "Mom lets go to a construction site!" "uh what??" "cenuction ite" "Huh?" "Where diggers and dump trucks and cranes dig". Love him! Also, he has been wearing a cape for 7 days straight. Day and night. He is a super hero batman.

Baby boy:
35 weeks! He is measuring on schedule. Kicking like crazy. He just started hiccuping (which is the worst in my opinion). Nameless. Suggestions are always welcome as long as you're okay with us not liking them. We are picky. We need both a name and a nickname. And the nickname needs to be able to stand alone. It needs to sound good with Jax & Ty. Gary is his middle name.... and go!

A patient's husband gave this pen to Lando. So cool.

I sent this to Lando to get him through his first day back. These are his favorite snacks. Seriously, if it wasn't for him, I'd eat at Wendys and Taco Bell at least 3 times a week. Boo! :)
The only sad thing about this photo, is that our fridge is empty again. Never ending cycle.

We are obsessed with this EASY homemade granola

Jax has been asking for homemade acai bowls for weeks now. My first attempt was pretty good.

Homemade Humus. Apparently I was in a cooking mood this week.

The boys room is coming along. We really want a map about the crib, and maps are expensive. So we are working on it.

Ty has a crush on Aunt Erika.

Im always so impressed with TYs creations. The helicopter blades actually spin.

A daily look it feels like. No dishwasher is getting the better of me these days.

Hard work and little elbow grease is what my mom always says.

#marchmaddnesseffect

Landon text me at 7:30 and said he was done. At the same time Ty was still awake yelling "I want to go pick up daddy please!!!" And so Landon said why not, I want to see the boys. So we headed up to the hospital, and waited for 30 more minutes haha! The boys had fun though.

I sent the text below for help to get up off the couch :). His response actually did work. :).

SPORTS HISTORY RIGHT HERE!!!!

Waiting for the restaurant to open, watching a little march madness. Love our life!

Also my parents came to our church tonight and gave a fireside about scripture study specifically with mobile apps. It was so great! I love them so much!
