This week!!!
I can't even express how happy this week made me. The first five days were spent at Nate & Sarah's house. I watched their kiddos while they went to Yosemite. It was the best and the cousins just played and played.
Then Friday night we had Landon's siblings all over for Pizza. We love them. Landon & Logan played bare foot golf at dusk.
Saturday we spent at Lagoon with Lace, Cory, Hal & Cope. And we had the greatest time with them. It was seriously so much fun! Then Landon and I went on a date with Logan and Erika. Thanks to Becca for watching Luke for 12.5 hours.
Sunday we had the sacrament and talked about small & simple things. Then we said to goodbye to the Curtis family. Landon cried. Jonathan has been Landon's best friend in residency and our kids love each other and Jamie is amazing. Seriously, one of the reasons we came to Utah for residency was to make a lifelong friendship with them.
Then Logan & Erika came over for the rest of Sunday. We played pool, latter golf, dork, ate good food laughed so much. Scotty & Jen joined at the end, and Becca 2.0 was here the whole time. It was just the most fun!
This week. Cousins played with cousins all week and we played with our siblings all weekend and I just couldn't be happier. I'm loving this life of my past being all tidied up and my future being all ready to go. I can live right here in the present moment and its fantastic.
Other notes: Landon had an interview with Vegas this week. He also took his boards test. I ran a 10k. And we finished our COVID temple tour. All 17 temple done.
