Lando's 35!
Happy Birthday to Landon! The whole weekend was celebrating him, I didn't take a lot of pictures of the celebrating though. Tacos on Friday and Chocolate Ice Cream. We also worked a ton on the table. Saturday we went to a sealing which was so special. Then Jaxson's basketball game and party. Then I took Landon to Fleet Feet for new shoes and The Melting Pot for dinner. It was a really fun. I love him. I sent him 35 texts while he was at work of things I love about him. On Thursday he went to YMs church basketball and was a referee and score keeper. He kind of loved it.
Life feels happy and fulfilling. I got my boys to and from all their activities, made so much food for them and their friends. We've been doing family scriptures at night. Read lots of books with Brigs & Luke. Set up play group with our church, which has ended up being good for a lot of moms, but I did it for Luke because he loves people. I had two moms over for lunch one day, I went to my friends sealing and her 3 year old daughter was amazing, watched a few of my friends kiddos, I taught relief society, worked on a table, we went to Claires basketball game, and had two families over for dinner tonight. I did my Our Fit Family workout 7 times this week, my back workout 7 times this week, and Orange Theory 3 times week. Annnnd I still have so much back pain. I'm trying so hard, so hard... is this pain the rest of my life? I
He presented his Vistband at school. He also made a friend at school, i'm hoping to have him over soon. He was bummed that he played one of his last games on Saturday.
I'm getting tired... and I still haven't done one of my exercises. Soooooo Ty is good. He made a friend with Tempy today. He loves Ninja and he made it to level 10 on lexia. Both he and Jax got their report card back from school. They are both excelling in math and PE. And both doing respectively well in reading. I'm so proud of how Ty is reading because it is significantly hard for him.
Lukie, I love you.
Sleep later than 6:01am, okay? Please.

Ms. McGuiver
Becs:
This week I started working on my 10 foot long table. And honestly I have no idea what i'm doing. Even after hours and hours of research, I'm still texting Kyla for help. But its done something to my confidence because on Friday night our minivan started beating at us and was overheating. ANY OTHER TIME in my life I would have panicked and gone straight to the car shop and spent probably 1,000. But I googled for a quick second and felt confident it was the coolant. We dropped Jax off at basketball, slowly drove to Ty's Ninja class, and luckily AutoZone was in the same parking lot. I ran in and bought some coolant, asked for a funnel, and a kind employee and I filled up Toothless. She's been good ever sense. Okay, so not quite Ms. McGuiver, but i've been feeling accomplished all week.
Lando:
Call week. Which we kind of love. We had lots of mornings together when the boys were at school. He was gone lots of nights but still its fun to mix it up everyone once in awhile (I.e. every five weeks). Like he took the boys to school twice this week while I was at Orange Theory. WHAT? Thats amazing to me! He was snarky with an annoying surgeon at 3am in the morning one night. Which, I was super excited about, but then he told me the story, and he wasn't really that snarky. He loved Saturday. Two BYU basketball games, and two basketball games for Jax. He's been helping me build the table. Its a fun project to do together. He is constantly reading/listening to a new book. I know there are lost of people out there like this, but his desire to continue to learn is exhausting to me.
Jax:
Played his best game all season. Two games actually. They were really really good. He passed, took good shots, saw the floor, played fiesty. He scored 20+ points in his afternoon game and played every minute. He had 3 fouls before the end of the second quarter (because he was playing so awesomely aggressive) and it was funny to here is coach yell, "don't foul don't foul don't foul Jax". He's been working on a school project, that he's now named "The Vistband". The kids were suppose to thing of a problem and invent something to solve that problem. He hates the gap that always happens between coat and glove. So he made a Velcro Wristband to essentially strap on your wrist and then attach to your gloves. We are planning to live off him in our future. Lastly we went and watched the Zags/BYU game with the Fagues. Which Jax cried about a quarter into it. The Hardwoods came too and I just cannot believe the life we are living with my kids having all these wonderful kiddos to hang out with. They were playing Ghost in the graveyard at 10:45pm last night, in 30 degree weather, with no coats and were as happy as can be.
Ty:
We were able to go skiing again on Monday and holy cow this kid is a natural. He got to spend the whole day skiing with Owen and couldn't get enough of it. He also couldn't wait for Owen to walk home on Friday so they could play all day and then go to Ninja together. And then it was so cute to watch Ty and Evan just kind of check out of the basketball game because honestly, they aren't that into it. So instead they colored Byu/Zags signs with each other. How? How did we end up here.
God.
Ty also has been helping us with the table. He got to sand a little bit this afternoon and it was so cute when he said, "Can you just explain to me how this is all working and what it does."
Luke:
Oh man he was so dang adorable this week. How in the world did we end up with such a light. I'm amazed at his social abilities. He goes to play group or school or church and learns everyone's names. And then he remembers them for the next time. He has confidence and spunk. As much as I see myself in Ty, I also see a lot of myself in Luke with his love for people and confidence. (Though my confidence continues to decrease as i'm aging..... :)). He is loving primary and comes home and sings all the songs. He built lots of Arks today and sang follow the prophet to his heart content as he go all the animals and put them in the boat.
Brigs:
He slept once til 7am, once til 6:15am, and the rest of the time woke up around 5:45am. Progress. He has a belly now. He's little shirts dont fit him anymore because his belly is so big. But oh he is still the cutest littlest guy walking around. At Jaxson's basketball game he was halftime entertainment for everyone in the stands. His little waddle walk and cute face. Everyone was obsessed. I didn't feed him yesterday morning and I forgot to feed him this morning. I think i'll cuddle with him tomorrow morning and feed him one last time. And even though my back is still a mess and I wake up in pain every morning, i'll cry knowing that i'll never do this baby thing again. Motherhood. It's so weird.
Other Notes:
We lost a bet and now are waving the Zags flag without pride
We had the sisters and the Epochs over for dinner. I can't wait for our dinning room
