The Week of Girls Camp

Girls camp was amazing. And yes, even though i'm not considered a "girl" anymore, I grew so much. It was a fun, long, emotional, happy, hilarious, hard, super fast, loving, tiring, exhilarating week and its safe to say that I would go back a million times over.

The girls are amazing. I love them ALL!!! Seriously all 80 of those girls I LOEV! They are the future leaders of the church, who will continue to do the work that so many have before, bring people unto Christ. I love have no matter the age, the size, the color, the gender, everyone has the responsibility to bring souls unto Christ. Thats why we are all here right?

I love my Savior. I love my Heavenly Parents. I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ and I know that it is true. I know that following the principles and ordinances of the gospel brings the most joy we could ever experience in this life. The Gospel to me is the Good/the Best news in this life.

Hopefully we can get back to normal life in the next couple of days. Until then... We are in limbo land over here ;).

The Week B.C.

B.C.=Before (girls) Camp!

Lando
He woke up every morning between 4:15-4:30am to make it to rounds at the hospital between 5:15-5:30am. Seriosuly, there were a few mornings where I woke up and thought, "Landon has already been at the hospital for two full hours" and then I wanted to go back to bed on his behalf:). He also watched the USA World Cup game. He watched it recorded, and I had to pull it up for him so he didn't see what happened. I turned it on right as USA scored their 2nd goal. Then I watched the first 30 seconds and basically saw the entire 94 minute game :).

Becca
I got almost all ready for girls camp(still a few more things left). Went to roller skating for mutual and hung out with some of my favorite people on the planet.  Went on a girls night to Applebee's and hung with some more of my favorite people on the planet. (Now I've set myself up for anyone else I mention. I like you all okay:))

Jax
Got to hang out with his buddies all week. Seriously though. He was in Heaven. The Farars have been in town, and it's been a party :). Museum, splash pad, park, splash pad again, water wars, river, free lunches, etc:). He also got to have a sleep over with his buddies kade and tenley while their parents went on a date.

We...
Had a new family in the ward over for dinner and the missionaries this week. We have sister missionaries!!!! Yay!! The best part of our week was Saturday. We watched How To Train Your Dragon together in the morning(all cuddled in bed), cleaned a little, watched the World Cup, then we went to the Movie Studio Grill to watch How To Train Your Dragon 2. This theater also serves dinner during the movie. It was sooo fun!! I really enjoyed the movie. After we went and got jax a toothless from Walmart;). It was a great loooonnng overdue family day :). I was so happy!

See you all after girls camp!

Jax fell asleep on my lap last night, and then he began to slip. Hehe. At this point Landon took him to bed.

Happy Jaxsons Day

Jax walked around all day saying, "happy jaxsons day." Apparently every other day being all about him isn't enough.

Getting back into the swing of things always takes me a little time. Is that just me?? But I think we are back to normal.

Becca
I am learning more and more I am such a home body. I loved visiting family and it is always something I look forward to for months and months. But I'm am so happy waking up each morning to normal average simple life. Being a mother, wife and homemaker seriously makes me feel so fulfilled. And no matter how awesome the vacation, I don't feel that fulfillment anywhere but my home :)!

Jaxson
Was so excited to play with his friends all week. He is talking so much and I'm learning who he is so much. He is so sensitive. He is a observer and only a leader when he knows his surroundings really well. He loves being outside. He loves to do things all by himself and be independent (don't know where he got that from ;)...). I can't believe he is two years and eight months old. Crazy

Landon
Started third year Monday. Orientation for the first four days from 8-5. And then bright and early at 5:30am on Friday morning he left for his first round. Pediatric orthopedics. He sent me a text during the day saying he liked it. It's about time!! Landon is amazing and always has a good attitude and always said school was good, but frankly he didn't really enjoy the first two years. And even though I think we will see less of Landon for third and fourth year, I think we will all be happier because daddy will be happier.

Speaking of daddy's. I have some of the best in my life. My kind, consistent, loyal, good papa Woolf is an example to me. My patient, hard working, wise, generous pops has always been there for me and that's meant so much. And then jax's happy, loving, persistent, amazing, (sexy), daddy who makes me the happiest girl ever is my everything! I'm so grateful to my Heavenly Father for placing these three in our lives.

Happy jaxsons day to you three. Happy jaxsons day:).
