Our Jax is 4!!!!!!

We love Jaxson so much!!!! I can't believe my baby is four and I can't believe how much he has already taught me. He has been the most delightful boy and we feel honored to be his parents.

Birthday Week:
Sunday: Favorite Dinner
Monday: Chuck-E-Cheese with Daddy
Tuesday: Moneky Joes
Wednesday: Park Party with his friends
Thuraday: Chick-fli-a Lunch with Maddie & Westin
Friday: Ice Cream & Pumpkin Date with Mommy
Saturday: Cartoons for hours and BYU Football game.

With a few other festivities in there, it was a darn good week.

In my family we have the tradition of going around the table and telling the birthday person one thing we love about them. We've been doing that for as long as I can remember!! I love and it plan to carry on that tradition with my kiddos. This is what we said/read to Jax during his birthday dinner on Sunday

Dad
  1. There are so many things I love about Jax. He is kind, helpful, happy, funny, obedient, polite, independent, smart, creative, energetic, and so much more. However, the thing I love most about him right now is how aware he is of other's feelings. He knows when someone is sad or scared, and often tries to make them feel better.
  2. My advice is to always say thank you.

Mom
  1. Jax, I love how good you want and consistently try to be. You were born with goodness, Jax. I love your blue eyes. I love how teachable you are. I love the important and divine role you have in our family. I love that you've been my best friend and buddy for the last four years. We could not be us without you. We love you and we need you Jax.
  2. My advice and biggest hope for you is that you will gain your own personal testimony in and personal conversion to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Grandpa
  1. Something I love about Jaxson:I love the way your face lights up when you see your family. Your love for your family shines through your eyes when you are with them.
  2. Small piece of advice for future Jaxson:I want you to know how much you are loved. Your Mom and Dad love you. Tyler loves you. Your grandparents love you. You are loved so deeply by so many people. But remember, Heavenly Father loves you more than we know how to love. Always remember that He does know you and He loves you.

Grandma
  1. I love Jaxsons  blue eyes!!! I just had to say that!! But more importantly than that, I love your happiness for life! In all you do there is a pure Joy and excitement!!! It is contagious!
  2. I saw a sign the other day that said"Attitude is everything! Pick a good one!" If you do this when you are older, you will have so many friends. They will look to you for fun and joy!! Love you Jaxson!!!!

Popsie
  1. I love jaxson's smile and his energy. I love that he is obedient and always stays in his room until his green I  light comes on. I love how well he treats Ty and I love him because he is so good. Mostly I love him because he is my favorite daughter's boy and that makes me happy.
  2. Advice: Stay obedient and always follow what Jesus teaches

Reach out to them and teach them through your example and remember Christ is the perfect example of love. Learn from Him.

  2. My advice to Jax is:  Never change! You are the perfect little boy, and if you always stayed the way you are now, you will have a bright future. Stay good friends with Ty, and your other siblings. Remember you are the oldest, which means you set the example for all your siblings. Be obedient to your parents and to Heavenly Father. If you obey the commandments you will be able to stand firm in such an evil world.
